Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base Review

There will always be a blogger/vlogger out there that will take you to another level! You will look at the products you're using ... you will then look at the products they're using ... and you will say to yourself, DAMN! They're on ANOTHER level! LOL I love these type of people, because they're always searching for something better! They know what they currently have is great ...BUT is there something BETTER? They're always searching for better things! Always searching! That's why I like trying products and telling others my thoughts! I learned about Bobbi Brown's Vitamin Enriched Face Base via YouTuber Jeffree Star. One day, I was watching his Snapchat and he busted out a jar of Bobbi Brown and stated how superb & luxurious it was. You should've seen my eyes! I'm like what is that? I've never seen that before! He went on to say, that this was one of the primers he uses. Primer? In a jar? I could already tell it was going to put my Smashbox to shame! HaHaHa So I shot this to the top of my wish list and purchased a jar from Nordstrom. I received it and put it on. Let me tell you! You will achieve & SEE immediate results! But for $58 you should! LOL If I had to describe this cream in one word, it would be NOURISHING! Your skin will feel COMPLETELY NOURISHED! This cream is light yellow in color and it reminds me of lemon custard. It has the most delightful light lemon-y scent (and you guys know I detest scented skincare products). I have dry/sensitive skin and it drinks this up! My skin loves it! It feels HYDRATED (without being greasy or oily), SUPPLE, PLUMP and did I say NOURISHED!?! HaHaHa It has Shea Butter and Vitamins B, C & E. It can be used as a primer or alone. It's definitely a treat for the skin and can be used year round. Excellent for dry skin types. It's considered a PRIMER + MOISTURIZER. It's very luxurious! Damn you Jeffree Star! The jar is small, but a little goes a long way. The plumping action of this product, really helps those fine lines & wrinkles (better than the Smashbox Hydrating)! Add the original Smashbox (if needed) atop this and you have a beautiful canvas for your makeup. Love this stuff! As I mentioned before, there are some more primers I want to try (this was one of them)...so as I test them, I will let you know. But this is a WINNER!

  11. This sounds amazing and luxrious, Kim! I'm so glad you love it. And you're right, when you pay a lot of money for something, you should see immediate and amazing results! I've never seen a primer in a jar either, so this is new to me! I haven't tried anything from Bobbie brow yet. My skin isn't dry, but this is still something I'd love to try lol!

  14. I also detest scented products as it makes me sneeze right away. I like Bobbi Brown products. This must be so amazing if it is a primer + moisturizer all in one. I got to try it.

  15. Looks amazing but I hate seeing any skincare in jars because none of the good ingredients stay stable in that kind of packaging. Bummer because it looks amazing otherwise.

  17. F*@k yeah it better work for that price! I want to see it peel off my old skin and replace it with the fresh, pure baby skin I was born with! 0_o
LOL okay, slight dramatization there, but yeah...maybe when I'm a real adult I'll invest in this little jar...it sounds amazing, that's for sure!
