Find And Use Coupons Like A Pro: Some Getting-Started Tips

We all love to save here and there. Being able to buy the latest pair of jeans or a cute top at 70% off always brings joy to my heart; and you probably experience the same warm feeling when you can make a purchase and save 70% or more too. Today, finding the best deals on fashion and beauty items is easier than ever. There are deals websites and coupons you can use both online and offline.

Finding the best ones to use, on the other hand, require a bit of finesse. Here are some of the best tips you can use to get started with finding and using coupons like a pro.

Learn to Stack Deals and Offers

While there are a lot of coupons and discounts with the usual “cannot be used with other promotions” term attached to them, there are just as many that don’t. The latter is the kind of coupons you need to be searching for.

Since you are not limited to the discount offered by the coupon, you can combine with offer with other promotional offers too. For example, you can buy an off-season coat for a lot less by using the in-store 70% discount and adding another 20% discount using a valid coupon. The same tactic can be used on makeup, beauty products and even everyday items and groceries.

Shop Online Whenever You Can

It is not a secret that online stores have much lower overhead costs, which is why they can offer better deals and stunning discounts. Online retailers also need to offer these stunning offers because they can’t pamper us with the same shopping experience offline retailers and outlets can.

When it comes to saving money and using coupons, online shopping is the way to go. You get free shipping with your purchase from most e-commerce sites, so you don’t have to worry about that to begin with. You also get plenty of coupon codes to try, allowing you to save up to 90% off your purchases.

Even better, some fashion retailers and brands enable customers to earn double the loyalty points or reward points when they shop online. You can save even more in the long run just by entering your membership card ID when completing the checkout process.

Sign Up for Newsletters

The best, most exclusive deals can be found in newsletters. Signing up for your favourite retailers’ and brands’ newsletters is simply a must. If you don’t like your mailbox being filled with promotional emails, set up another email account and use it for receiving newsletters exclusively.

Don’t stop there either. Coupon sites such as Paylesser also have their own newsletters. These sites are not only great for finding the latest and greatest coupons to claim, but also for finding exclusive deals from your favourite retailers. Similar to brands and fashion outlets, Paylesser and other coupon sites add exclusive deals and special offers to their newsletters; only subscribers can gain access to these exclusive deals.

These simple tips will help you get started with finding and using coupons like a pro. It won’t be long before you start saving a lot of money on all of your purchases just by presenting the right coupons at the register.

  14. One thing Australia lacks is seriously good deals and coupons. Online shopping is always the way to go because you can search for better deals. Newsletters are usually good for a first time discount lol though they do keep you informed about upcoming sales.

  16. I love and agree with all of these tips, girl! You want to know something funny, if I know that an online store offers a discount code to first time subscribers to their newsletter, I use multiple e-mail addresses, hahaha. I'll just make separate purchases ;) I love a good deal, I mean who doesn't, right!? Thanks so much for sharing, beautiful, and I hope you have the best week ahead!

  18. I love online shopping and only use promo codes when I shop online. I don't think I ever not use at least one offer code, especially because I don't fancy post charges for shipping. :) Have a great rest of the week, Kim! /Madison
