And you need to make sure that the electrics are safe and the general environment is one in which they feel comfortable.

Finally, you should do your best to make your workplace a place of trust. You want people to feel like they’re trusted employees and that you believe in their ability to do good work. At the same time, you also want to make sure that your team trusts you as a leader and has faith in the direction you’re taking them and the business as a whole. So work hard to establish that two-way trust.
