Lancome L'Absolu Rouge Drama Ink Lipstick in French Bisou (525) And French Touch (196) Review And Swatches + TV Series The Dropout Featuring Amanda Seyfried On HULU

Disclosure: I was sent two (2) L'Absolu Rouge Drama Ink lipsticks for review from L'Oreal Lancome PR. All opinions in this blog post are 100% my own and honest. This post contains affiliate links. I get commission for purchases or clicks made through links in this post.

PR Sample: I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lancome's L'Absolu Rouge Drama Ink Lipsticks!!! I reviewed three (3) shades last year that were in Lancome's x Emily In Paris Collection (French Tea, Rouge Pigalle, Attrape Coeur) and an additional six (6) shades (Soif De Vivre, French Idol, Fiery Pink, Rouge Drama, Nuit Pourpre, Dis Oui, ) offered in the L'Absolu Rouge Drama Ink Collection. The reason I love these lipsticks is very simple. The color payoff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Every color I have tried has been rich, deep, bold and vibrant. All the colors are wearable. They just look great on! The teardrop shaped applicator applies the lipstick so well. It applies the lipstick to your lips, covering every edge. Coverage is SMOOTH and EVEN! It really makes your lips look BETTER! I exfoliate and moisturize my lips daily, but this lipstick makes them look even better. I have two (2) reds for you below. One is called French Bisou (525) (Nordstrom, Bloomingdales) which is a Cool Cherry Red. The other is called French Touch (196) (Bloomingdales) which is a Warm Carrot Red. Let me tell you guys! You can never have enough of red lipsticks! All reds are different! There are cool tones, warm tones, rich reds, orange-y reds etc. Make sure your collection has an assortment of them. The ones below were featured on Amanda Seyfried who wore them on Hulu's The Dropout. Amanda Seyfried portrays Elizabeth Holmes (Theranos founder, who was known for her iconic red lips). Have you watched the show? It premiered March 3rd. To channel her signature look for The Dropout, Head Makeup Artist Jorjee Douglass, relied on Lancome L'Absolu Rouge Drama Ink Lipstick in French Touch and French Bisou. This lipstick is non-drying, semi-matte, ultra-pigmented and long-wearing. Again, I Love Them! Pick a shade and give them a whirl!
