Natasha Denona Biba Palette Review, Swatches and Video

Not Sponsored: This is part two of my Natasha Denona Summer Collection Review. You can read part one here. Today, I'll be reviewing the Natasha Denona Biba Eye Shadow Palette (Sephora, Harrods). As I mentioned in yesterday's post, I've only tried Natasha Denona's Camel Eye Shadow Palette (Sephora, Harrods). I've never tried one of her larger palettes. It's a little nerve-racking, because her larger palettes are very expensive. With that kind of investment, you want it to work out and hope there are many options (uses out of the palette). The Biba Palette is considered an all neutral eye shadow palette. On Natasha Denona's website, she says "Biba will always have you covered! With multiple textures of the most user-friendly shades ranging from mauves and burgundies, to warm grays and black." As I pressed the purchase button, I kept saying "Natasha, I hope so!" LOL I'm happy to say I LOVE this palette! Let me tell you why.

Sweet-Bittersweet-NotSweet

Natasha Denona Biba Eyeshadow Palette is Supersweet

Natasha Denona | Biba Eyeshadow Palette (Outer Packaging)
Let's start with the outer box. It's a ballet pink. Very simple writing.
All the shade names are listed on the back. This eye shadow palette is good for 24 months upon opening.

Below are the colors and formula explanations:

CM- ND's Signature matte formula is creamy to the touch and seamlessly blends on the lid.
CK- Sparkling cream powder finely milled pearls and crystals for a dazzling diamond-like sparkle effect. Sheer finish. Can be used as a topper.
M-metallics in multiple textures: Foiled rich in texture; Satin-soft finish metallic; Sparkling-contains varying sizes of crushed mineral pearls for a dazzling effect.
DC- Duo chrome- shade shifting pearls with a metallic finish.

Natasha Denona | Biba Eyeshadow Palette (Palette)
The eye shadow palette is the same color as the outer packaging. It has a full-size workable mirror. On the back are small holes. You can pop-out each eye shadow pan if you wish. However, these pans are VERY SECURE inside the palette. There was no jiggling or moving around whatsoever. You'll find beiges, browns, greys, blacks, burgundies and peach themes in this palette. When I first looked at the palette, I wasn't sure about the shades. Remember what I said about the Camel Palette? Many of the colors pulled darker than they looked in the pan. Well, with this palette everything swatched the same way it looked in the palette. Also, all colors were easy to apply and highly pigmented. They applied well and blended easily. I was so pleased. I'm not an eye shadow expert. I love simple and non-fussy looks. I love a wash of color over the eyes. If you're scared of eyeshadow or big eye shadow palettes in general, you won't be with this palette. The shadows are easy to apply. This palette has a lot of options. It has year-round colors. You can take your look from day to night. I'm going to get a lot of use out of this palette. And will probably make future videos using more of the shades.
