How To Reduce Inflammation With Food

When something in the body hurts, it is usually accompanied by swelling, and the swelling - which is designed to protect the area - can cause further pain. Sometimes the pain itself that you feel is just from inflammation. Most chronic pain diseases have a lot of inflammation in their list of symptoms too.
