MAC Cosmetics Oh, Sweetie Lipcolour Review in Death By Chocolate, Caramel Sugar, Coconut Macaroon, Strawberry Torte, Creamy Peach Pie, Banana Muffins

My eyes couldn't help but light up when seeing MAC Cosmetics Oh, Sweetie Lipcolour Collection ($17.50 each). Confetti sprinkles, chocolate, delicious dessert names and scented lip products!?! Yes, please. This was a collaboration with influencer & fashion enthusiast Caro Daur. MAC describes these as "patisserie-fresh, saturated and scented lip colour! This whipped mousse-like lip colour serves up funfetti-bright, frosted opaque hues for lips." This collection is not for the faint at heart. It's a mix of BRIGHTS, BOLDS and METALLIC lip color. There are 15 shades in this collection. I'm a lipstick girl! I love my lipsticks, but even some in this collection were too bold for me. So I stayed on the SAFE SIDE. I purchased 6 out of the 15 to try. Both the outside & lipstick packaging for these are really cute. Colorful confetti sprinkles on both. Oh Sweetie in script on the tube. Clear, see-through packaging for the lipstick. The lipstick also has a doe foot applicator. Death by Chocolate has special packaging! The outside box is mustard yellow and it looks like a candy wrapper that's been ripped to reveal a bar of chocolate (very Willy Wonka Golden Ticket vibes). I think it got special packaging, because it's one of Cara's favorite scents in the collection. Another one of her favorites is Purple Panna Cotta. I didn't buy that one, so I don't know if it has special packaging or not. Overall, these are neither sticky or tacky. My complete thoughts on each one are below. MAC Oh, Sweetie Lipcolour | Death by Chocolate

MAC describes Death by Chocolate as Burgundy in color. It's a rich, deep, dark, sexy purple. It's very vamp. I always seem to gravitate towards these shades both in lip & nail color. It's beautiful! It smells like rich, decadent, chocolatey cake. Similar shades in my collection are Kylie Cosmetics (Dancer), Dose of Colors (Corset), Chanel (Rouge Noir), Beauty Bakerie (Royal Tea), Kylie Cosmetics (Reign).

MAC Oh, Sweetie Lipcolour | Caramel Sugar

MAC describes Caramel Sugar as a Chocolate Brown. Browns can be funny, but what I like about this one, it is more caramel in color and its also metallic. It's very pretty! I seem to gravitate towards this color as well. Shades closest to this one in my collection (and maybe yours) are NYX Wrath Wicked, Dose of Colors (Teddy) Gerard Cosmetics (Metal Matte Underworld), Urban Decay (Conspiracy), Lime Crime (Penny & Beetle), Beauty Bakerie (Cinnamon Roll). This smells like someone made popcorn and poured caramel all over it! Like fresh caramel corn. Love it! Very Fall.

MAC Oh, Sweetie Lipcolour | Coconut Macaroon

MAC describes Coconut Macaroon as a Pinky Beige. I don't have a lot of light frosted shades in my makeup collection, but this one along with these are very pretty. I usually wear light frosted colors in the Winter with winter white clothes. They're very pretty on me during that time. More than the Summer. Kylie Cosmetics (Heir), Covergirl Star Wars Gold, Jouer Penny and Citronade de Rose. I can't properly judge the scent for this one. It's sweet with a hint of coconut.

MAC Oh, Sweetie Lipcolour | Strawberry Torte

MAC describes Strawberry Torte as a Bright Candy Apple Red. I love red lipsticks. I have many in my collection (mainly lipsticks), but the one closest to this would have to be Too Faced Melted Strawberry. This had THE BEST scent! It smells like strawberry shortcake WITH whip cream! LOL

MAC Oh, Sweetie Lipcolour | Creamy Peach Pie

MAC describes Creamy Peach Pie as Watermelon Pink with Pink Pearl. You definitely pick up a peach scent, but not the pie part LOL The only peach lip products I have in my collection are from Too Faced (of course) and Mally Beauty Southern & Summer Peach.

MAC Oh, Sweetie Lipcolour | Banana Muffins (HATED THIS COLOR ON ME LOL)

MAC describes Banana Muffins as Orange. The scent for this is fab. It reminds me of a creamsicle popsicle. I love orange makeup, but not this shade. LOL The only other orange lipstick I have in my collection is by Dolce & Gabbana.
