You've Got Royal Mail

Kizzy, from The Dainty Dolls House in Scotland, sent me a parcel a couple of weeks ago. It was filled to the brim, with all kinds of spectacular goodies. When I saw the Queen of England on the postage stamp, I nearly fainted. HaHaHa I even sniffed the box! Ahhhh, the scent of Europe. HaHaHa I love Europe. Nearly every blog post I wrote last year was about that country. I wrote so much about London, companies from there had me write sponsored posts to feature on my blog, because I had more European readers than American ones at the time. It was truly amazing! Stop by Kizzy's blog and introduce yourself. Her blog posts consists of positive thoughts, uplifting words, spectacular pictures, international humanitarian efforts, fabulous history, thought provoking messages and unbelievable fashion. I love reading it. We've been blog buddies for over two years now, we call each other sisters and if I had to describe Kizzy in one word, it would be...ANGEL. She's truly a gift from GOD. If you would like to see what I gave her & her family, CLICK HERE.

A Beautiful Note & European Money
I literally started crying. How beautiful was her note! A number of bloggers have mentioned that their blog friends show more concern and treat them better than their "real" friends. I truly want to say, that the bloggers I've encountered while blogging have given more to me and treated me better than people I've known & done for over the years. It's sad, but it's the truth! So Kizzy, thank you for being a genuine friend. Those coins are my good luck coins. Even if I went to Europe, I wouldn't spend them. They are truly precious to me.

Confectionery Treats
I knew Kizzy was going to send something sweet! She sent me Cadbury and Buchanan's! Cadbury is a British Confectionery Company. We have some of their sweet treats here in the States, but the Cadbury bars Kizzy sent were really gooooood. HaHaHa You know how something originated in a certain place, but there's nothing like the original. Well that must be the case for Cadbury! European chocolate taste different from ours in the States. It's not as sugary (sweet) and has a real cocoa taste. Kizzy, my mom and I LOVE Buchanan's! Their chocolate and fruit candy are amazing! One piece totally satisfies your sweet tooth. My mom has already put in a request for more later this year. HaHaHa Kizzy, next time I'll send you & your family a WHOLE sweet potato pie. HaHaHa

Marks & Spencer Ltd Routemaster Double Decker Bus Cookie Tin
I'm keeping this tin FOREVER! Not only does it feature the popular Routemaster double decker bus, but I couldn't get over the characters displayed on the bus. How awesome! They had Queen Elizabeth I, Queen Victoria, King Henry VIII, London police, English bulldog and so many others on it. HaHaHa This tin was filled with 3 layers of cookies: Belgian Chocolate Shortbread, Shortbread Rounds, and Double Chocolate Chip. Sorry, no pics of the cookies, because ME ate them! HaHaHa Kizzy I loved this tin! It's so beautiful. Thanks girl!

The 2012 London Olympics
I watched nearly every minute of the 2012 London Olympics last year. I took it all in and loved it. Kizzy didn't forget. She sent me this awesome 2012 London Olympic Tin that included Team Britain Tattoos and an awesome Olympic keychain with London charms. The charms included the popular red phone booths, double decker buses, tube and olympic logo.

Be-YOU-tiful Things
Hello! Hello! Kizzy sent me Hello Kitty nail polish. How fabulous are those colors! She also gave me Figs & Rouge Coco Vanilla lip, face, hand & body balm, tartan socks & cupcake footies, House for an Art Lover pins, and the prettiest flower necklace from McNeils Jewellers.

Marvelous Poems, Postcards, & Literature
Let me tell you, Kizzy knows her history! I personally enjoy understanding how things began (places & people). Everything has a history! Understanding the beginning of ANYthing or ANYone, will help you understand what's going on with that particular something/someone TODAY. Kizzy, thank you for the awesome literature. I'm enjoying all the books and I love the little notes you wrote between the various pages ;) Thank you for sending the local Telegraph! It was so awesome to read the articles and advertisements. So Kizzy, as you can see, I enjoyed EVERYTHING! You are truly AWESOME!

  8. What an absolutely wonderful and completely thoughtful package! It's true what you say about bloggers, maybe it's the strong connections we create through a desire to share ourselves and our passions, but most of the people I've met through my blog have become stronger, closer friends with more generosity of spirithan people I've known for years! I hope you enjoyed every bit of those Cadbury bars... We have a lot of Cadbury in Canada and it's the best; we can only get a few varieties in France and it just isn't quite as good!

  10. Precious, super precious! I don't even know what to say, I'm just happy you enjoyed it all! I honestly had so much fun putting it all together :)) And it was a pleasure. The Buchanan sweets are marvellous, will get you some more, I eat their chocolate mints all the time, love them!! I love me some shortbread too, no doubt you ate them all, haha! It's so nice & I never liked it when I lived in America, so it's true that you have to taste the real thing sometimes. The chocolates here are made with cream instead of just sugar like America which makes it taste so much nicer, am pleased you enjoyed it. The Buchanan's candies are just made in the town next to me, you can always smell the sweets in the summer when the sun is blazing, it's really nice. You're a wonderful friend & deserve all of it & then some!! Great people who expect nothing in return are rare these days, so we must treasure them while we can :)) And you are definitely that!! Love you doll <3

  24. what a darling she is! you totally got spoiled! And I am wondering if their Cadbury still tastes different from the ones here in the States. Fruit and Nut is my favorite one ever, and I can't eat the ones I find here in the US because the chocolate is all wrong! :(
