Tips To Succeed In The Property Minefield

If you intend on selling your property this year, there is a lot that must be factored in. It can be a little bit overwhelming, but do not fret, as we have got you covered.

Four things every good online advert needs to have

Is your online advert working? Over 90 per cent of people begin their property hunt on the Internet. So, you do not need me to tell you that your online advert is key! Here are four key things it should have…

1. 6+ Photographs – If you have less than six photographs you not generate interest in your property. In fact, buyers may even think you are hiding something. Why haven’t you included a photo of your living room? Is it the downfall of your home? There’s also no need to go overboard and take a picture of every corner of your property!

2. Stunning Front Shot – The front shot of your home is crucial. Give the exterior a new coat of paint. Add a wreath if it’s Christmas. Add some bright flowers if its summer. Give it some life!

3. Differentiate – Does your property stand out from others? Is your advert punchy? Does it generate attention and maintain it?

4. Floor plan – Make your floor plan available for download. The buyer may want to print it off. One big error people make is not making their floor plan big enough to read. Including this is important because it gives a realistic depiction regarding the size of your rooms.

Are your photographs stopping your house from selling?

Photographs present your first opportunity to make an impression on anyone that is looking at your listing. They can be the difference between getting an abundance of viewings and none at all! If you are not getting any viewings, ask yourself whether your photographs could be the reason why?

Take a look at the photos. Are there images of every room? Is there a photo of the front of your home? If not, there’s no wonder the viewings aren’t rolling in! Buyers will think you are not showcasing a certain room because you have something to hide. Are you hiding the kitchen because it is in poor condition? Perhaps not, but that’s what everyone will assume!

Do the pictures contain a lifestyle aspect or not? Can you envisage yourself living there just by the images? Little touches, such as a fresh pot of tea in the kitchen with some nice china tea cups, can make all of the difference.

Did you hire a professional photographer to take the photos? If not, this is something you should definitely think about doing. Professionals pick up aspects that an estate agent or an amateur would not. They also know how to create atmosphere, use the right lighting and get the most out of your home. They are worth their weight in gold.

Uh oh… the house next door is for sale too!

Every seller thinks their worst nightmare has come true when one of their neighbours puts their house on the market as well. This will only become a nightmare situation if you allow it to be! Instead, let this competition drive you to ensure your home stands out and makes a better impression than the rest! Luxury houses like those in Ridgefield can draw in a lot of attention, and you simply need to ensure yours stands out from the rest.

This means it is homework time! You have to find out about the property. A good place to start is by discovering how much their property is on the market for. You need to know if they have massively undercut your asking price or not. How many rooms do they have? How big is their kitchen? Do they have a large garden? You can find out the answers by searching their property online. Or, you can simply ask your neighbours! But don’t come across as if you are integrating them - you may be annoyed that they’ve put their house on the market too, but they haven’t committed a crime!

One thing you definitely should not do is simply wait until your neighbour has sold their property. If they have managed to put theirs up for sale first don’t let that stop you from following suit. Competition doesn’t have to be a negative thing. In fact, it can give you the motivation to ensure your house is the best it can possible be. A little harmless competition never hurt anyone!

5 Ways To Become A Leader That Succeeds

If you want to get anywhere in this world, you’re going to have to stand out and put in the work. This is especially noteworthy if you want to create a business or side hustle that is worthwhile. Making money and creating something with actual longevity requires character and determination. If you have neither of these, then you need to acquire them one way or another.

Leadership is a big part of success when it comes to the world of business. If you can’t stand up and lead the way, then you’re not going to achieve the dreams you have in your head. The good thing is that leadership is something that you learn. Some people are seemingly born with the right mentality and charisma, but the truth is that they were just exposed to it from a young age. If you want to be a genuine boss of a business that soars, then here are some things you can do:

Always Be Positive

A leader will always see the positives in an outcome. They’ll expect a few hiccups because they’re realistic, but they’ll also be optimistic about what can happen. This is needed for two reasons: firstly, they’ll need to have a reason to get up in the morning. Secondly, it’s contagious and really makes others around them feel exactly the same way. You should make sure that you always see the good in a situation.

Have A Plan For Everything

When you’re the leader and the owner of a particular project, it’s your job to ensure everything goes according to plan. In order to really do this, you’ll need to have every step plotted down. A leader will not just do things willy-nilly. They’ll be able to adapt after years of experience, but everything has a solid, fixed, disciplined plan and schedule.

Take Little Pieces From Other Leaders

You’re not going to know everything right off the bat. A few years will give you experiences to remember and to work with, but you’ll also need to see how others do their thing. We’re always learning as people, and even those who consider themselves good leaders should do so. You might choose the coach of a big sports team or someone specific like Alan Miller with Genesis Diagnostics – the goal is to take little nuggets and gems from them and apply them to your situation.

Set Standards High Always

As the leader, you’re going to need to set the temper for both your own work and the work of those around you. Raising your standards will not only ensure things are done quicker but that the habit of working harder will stay with you, also.

Have Genuine Empathy For Those Working With You

A leader should also be able to see where their staff member is coming from. A leader who moans and is negative a lot of the time is no real leader. If you can individually work with those under you, then you’ll be able to see what their strengths and weaknesses are. You’ll be able to slowly help them develop over time.

Top Tips To Make Money On eBay

Whether you want to set up your own online business, start a side hustle, or just have old belongings to get rid of, selling on eBay can a good way to make some extra money.

Whatever your plans, it’s best to learn the ropes of selling on eBay before you get started.

Decide What To Sell

Whether you have old textbooks or old clothes, before you list something on eBay, decide whether what you have to sell is in the right condition.

You might be keen to start making some cash, but if you sell items that aren’t in good condition or are missing crucial parts, you could end up with bad reviews, making it harder to sell other things in the future.

If you aren’t sure what to sell, use the Marketplace Research tool to find out what the best-selling items are. Look at the most-watched items too, as well as whichever ones have the most bids.

Think seasonally. You won’t get as many bids on a winter coat in the summer, so put the coat somewhere safe until it’s a better time to sell. You’ll get higher bids if you wait until an item is in demand.

Buy Cheap Things To Sell At Higher Prices

As well as selling things that you don’t use on eBay, it’s also a good idea to look for low-priced things that can be sold on at a higher price. There are lots of places to find good deals, whether in local charity shops or on eBay itself.

There is a risk that you can lose money by doing this if you aren’t sure how much products sell for on eBay, so do some research first. If you’re confident that an item has been undervalued, it is a good opportunity to buy it and then sell it for the price that you think it’s worth, and earn a profit.

Improve Your Profile

The best way to get started as a seller on eBay is to be a buyer first. This way, other users will be able to see that you have an eBay history and that you’re trustworthy.

Even if you only buy a few small, cheap items, pay for them promptly and get positive feedback to build up your eBay presence and get a good buyer rating.

Choose your username. Remember that this is effectively the name of your business, so choose something that seems professional and that inspires trust. Choose something simple, like a variant of your name, or something that is relevant to the kind of things that you plan to sell. This can also make you easier to find in eBay searches too.

Research The Costs

Before you start making any money on eBay, you will need to work out exactly how much an item is worth and how much it’s going to cost you to sell it. Obviously you want to make a profit, but there are some costs that come with selling on eBay that you should take into account. You can use a tool like Ecal to work out how much you will pay for each sale, based on what you list it for and how much it eventually sells for.

Some of the costs you should consider:

  • Listing fees. eBay allows sellers to list a certain number of items a month free of charge, after which you will be charged.
  • Extra charges. This could include optional listing upgrades, like listing your item in multiple categories.
  • PayPal fees.
  • Postage and packaging. If you ship high value items, you might want to consider parcel insurance. Find the best prices on Secursus.com.
  • Tax. Depending on how much you sell on eBay, you may need to pay tax on your earnings.

These are just a small amount of the potential fees that you might be charged for eBay shop.

Charge The Best Price For Your Item

Use the eBay advanced search tool to find out what similar items have been selling for. You can search for what you want and tick the box for completed listings to see similar items and their final price.

For some items, such as DVDs or CDs, you can find how much they’re worth with quotes from selling websites like Music Magpie.

Make sure you correctly price the postage or you could end up out of pocket. Check this first and take it into account.

High postage fees can put off some buyers, so it can help to add the cost of things like tap and shipping boxes onto the price of the product to keep the postage figure down.

4 Challenges Of Owning Property You Might Not Be Prepared For

Are you thinking about investing in property? If so, then you have probably heard a lot about how lucrative this investment decision can be. It’s fair to say that this can be a smart decision, but you need to approach it the right way. You also need to be aware of the challenges that you can encounter. Here are some of the possibilities that you might want to keep in mind.

The Hidden Costs

First, you need to understand that there are legal costs that are attached to buying and owning property. For instance, you’ll need to pay taxes on any property that you own and these can be quite substantial. It’s something that you need to research carefully before you invest. You need to make sure that all the different costs fit into your home buying budget.

Another issue that you need to explore would be the cost of an empty property. Whether you’re buying to sell or buying to let, then there will be times through the year where the property is empty. That’s a massive problem because it could ultimately end up costing you an absolute fortune. This is something to keep in mind if you are purchasing student property. Don’t forget they will leave it empty for a large amount of time through the year. Again, this needs to fit your budget.

Or what about repairs? Remember, as the owner of the property, you will be responsible for keeping it in the right condition. This is worth noting if you buy a holiday property somewhere like Orlando. While a home like this is going to be in high demand, it’s also going to be at risk of getting damaged in storms. So, as well as paying for the repairs, you might want to check out options for insurance as well. Wind damage insurance is often separate in places where storms are likely and will cost significantly more.

The Legal Drama

We’ve already touched on some of the legal issues surrounding purchasing a property. However, it’s important to understand that this is just the beginning. You need to make sure that you are prepared for the issue of premises liability. Ultimately, this means that if you own a property, you are liable for a lot of what happens. We say a lot because you can shift some of the accountability to the people who live there while you own it.

As an example, let’s say that you state that it will be the responsibility of the tenant to ensure that there is the right level of air circulation through the home. If that’s the case then you can’t be held liable if they experience health issues due to the growth of mold that they caused.

However, if there is an issue with the security of the property and this leads to a break-in, that could be your responsibility. This will be the case if the victim did everything necessary to try and protect themselves including locking the doors. For instance, you might own a larger property with an entrance way. It could be worth installing cameras in this area to avoid issues with negligent security claims. Here, you could be held accountable for any damages that the victim experiences and this could leave you with a massive financial loss. This is why those who invest in property will often have a legal advisor.

The Big Risks

You might have heard that investing in property always leads to big gains. While it’s true that a property investment can mean a massive gain for you, it’s not always the way things work. There’s a lot of risks involved in property investments that you do need to be aware of.

The good news is that there are various steps that you can take to mitigate risk. For instance, you should make sure that you are researching any property that you are thinking about buying carefully. There are a lot of materials that are available to you and you should be taking advantage of this. For instance, you might want to consider investing in a historical doc that extends back 20 years.

You could also complete several different surveys to ensure that there are no secrets lurking in the walls. This is certainly necessary with older homes because they are often built with materials that are now considered to be dangerous and even deadly.

New homes are usually a safer bet but they can still have issues that you need to be aware of.

Another way to build confidence would be to treat it as a joint venture. You can explore investing with friends or family members and share the risk between a variety of different people instead of just carrying it on your shoulders.

Red Tape And Getting Approved

Finally, you might think that investing in property is as easy as deciding that this is what you want to do. However, that’s not the case and there are a lot of things that can stop you from buying a home. For instance, you might be thinking about buying a holiday property which may seem like a great decision. But a government will want to make sure that you’re not planning to live there illegally. However, retiring to a property like this is something that you can explore in the long term.

You might also have to think about your credit rating or score. A woeful credit score will almost certainly block you from investing in property and leave you in a weaker position. So, you need to explore ways that you can improve your credit score. There are a few choices worth considering here. However, the easiest way is to borrow when you know you’ll be able to pay it back on time.

We hope this helps you understand everything that you need to know about owning a property and specifically the challenges that come with this investment. If you understand the issues that lie ahead then you could potentially avoid these problems completely and keep yourself on the right track as well as in the green.

Top 5 Things You Didn't Know About Car Accidents

Car accidents are one of those things that most people experience at least once in their lifetime. If you can go your entire life without being involved in an accident, that's a very big achievement! Still, if you drive every single day, there's always a chance you'll end up in some sort of accident at some point. They're never enjoyable to be part of, and there are actually loads of things you probably don't know about car accidents.

As you can see in the title, that's what we'll be discussing today! Consider this a life lesson, helping you understand all the things you didn't know about car accidents:

Someone always has to be at fault

The whole concept of an accident is that it happens by...well...accident! In the vast majority of cases, nobody will intentionally look to cause a car crash. It is typically something that happens because someone made a slight mistake or had a temporary lapse of judgment. As such, someone has to be assigned the 'fault' for the accident. In essence, they are the ones that caused the accident and made it happen.

Sometimes, fault can be easy to assign - if someone is drunk driving, they're instantly at fault. However, there are accidents where it seems like neither driver was really at fault for it. It just seemed to be an unfortunate incident, so do you agree that nobody is at fault? Unfortunately, if damages need to be paid for, someone always has to be at fault. This is genuinely a legal requirement, so you can't just agree nobody is at fault if you need to pay for repairs.

Yes, you do have no-fault states with slightly different rules. Still, in these states, both drivers are basically assigned the fault. They both have to pay out via their own insurance, so calling them 'no-fault states' is rather ironic! The bottom line is that, when there's an accident, someone will be at fault.

You can't always sue someone after an accident

When most people end up in car accidents, the first thing that rolls through their minds is money. If you are the victim, you want to get as much money from the perpetrator as possible. Especially if they stupidly caused the accident with reckless driving! So, gaining compensation from their insurance provider is the first step, and this can provide you with a decent bit of cash.

However, you may also be inclined to sue them for personal injuries if you're in a rough state. It sounds mean, but it's always worth doing this if you can. After all, why should you have to pay for medical bills after an accident that someone else caused?! Nevertheless, did you know that you can't always sue someone after an accident? In many states, there's a serious injury threshold that must be bet before you can take legal action in court. Effectively, you need to suffer from a serious enough injury to warrant taking it to court. This is an interesting point as hardly anyone is aware of this, assuming you can take legal action for any injury you face.

Saying sorry can put you at fault

Back to the topic of being at fault, you can really put your foot in it if you apologize to someone after an accident. What seems like a polite reflex can be used against you later down the line. Especially if you are caught on camera saying sorry to the other driver.

In essence, apologizing is an admission of fault. Someone can use this against you and say that you were clearly in the wrong because you apologized. In cases where the fault is up in the air, this can easily tip the scales in the other driver's favor. Even if you felt that they were at fault, the fact you said sorry shows that you had a guilty conscience and can be used to argue against you.

So, the moral of the story is to never apologize after an accident. Check that the other driver is okay and call for medical assistance if required, but don't say sorry. Even if you were at fault, avoid admitting to it at this early stage. You never know, things could end up working in your favor - maybe the other driver was on their phone at the time, so they are technically at fault, not you!

You legally need to stick around after a crash

Did you know that you legally have to stay at the scene of a crash when it has happened? Driving away can land you some criminal charges and possibly time in jail. Especially if someone has been injured in the accident - you could be charged with a hit and run.

You are obliged to stay at the scene and exchange details with the other party, so they can pass them on to their insurance provider. The same thing should be done on your end - always get the person's license plate, name, etc. Fail to do this, and you're playing an extremely risky game. If you leave the scene, the other party may memorize your license plate and you'll be in big trouble. If they leave the scene, and you don't remember their license plate, you have a high chance of not getting any compensation from this crash.

Insurance providers are not on your side

Despite how it may seem, car insurance providers aren't on your side following an accident. If you need to make insurance claims, they'll do everything in their power to block you. This is because they don't want to hand out money all the time, so they try to delay things or convince you to take a purely legal route.

Just keep that in mind if you're ever involved in a crash - don't expect your insurance provider to be of much help!

Auto accidents are never enjoyable experiences, but they're even worse when you don't know what to expect. Hopefully, your eyes have been opened to a few things that you didn't know about car accidents beforehand. Now, you can feel more prepared!

Turning Your Hobby Into A Career

With the COVID pandemic putting a strain on many families' finances, more people than ever before have been looking at ways they can turn their hobbies into side hustles to provide another income stream for their household.

There is never a better time than the present to invest in your crafting skills and look at if this can be a viable income for you. But how can you tell if you should take the next step or keep your craft as a hobby only?

You Can Invest in the Best Tools and Materials

Once you decide to sell your wares to the general public, you need to make sure that you offer quality products that provide value for money and will last from heat transfer vinyl for creating logos on clothing to the best food container to package up your baked goods for sale.

Look at what other people are offering and the quality of their products and packaging to give you an idea of what people expect from you. If you can afford this investment, you will find you can get up and run quickly to recoup your investment.

There Is A Market

Check out local selling sites, neighborhood groups, selling sites such as eBay and Etsy to see who else is selling items similar to you and if there is indeed a market for your items. You need to find the right audience for your products or consider widening your target area for postage and delivery options to reach more people.

You Love What You Do

There is a big difference between loving what you do because you do it for fun and having to do it to earn an income. Test the waters with a small customer base to see how you feel about mass producing our products on demand, and then if you are ok with this being something you need to do each day, you can look at expanding what you offer and who you sell to.

What Is Your Markup?

You need to make sure you are being compensated for both your time and skills and the cost of materials when you put an item for sale. How much can you realistically expect to get for the item and yield a good enough product to justify the extra effort put into the market that you create?

Never knowingly undersell yourself or your skills; however, this can be a balancing act as if you charge too much, you might not sell anything. Taking notice of the RRP of similar items can help you reach a figure you are happy with but remember you are doing this to make many. If you cannot realistically make a lot of money, it might not be worth going through the motions to put them up for sale?

Legalities

Check with your local state what your tax requirements are for selling your crafts, so you don't get a shock from the taxman when it comes to submitting your taxes. Also, look into any permits or certifications you may need to allow you to carry out your business for commercial reasons and not just for fun.

Take These Steps To Create The Perfect Wedding

Planning the perfect wedding is something we all dream about when growing up. The flowers, the people, the first dance… all of these things go hand in hand with an amazing fairytale wedding.

If you are getting married in the near future and you are looking for some simple tips on how to make the day as special as it can be, we are here today to share with you some of the ways to ensure your wedding is the perfect day for you and the one you love.

There are a lot of different elements that go into creating the perfect wedding and today we are going to take a look at a few of them and how they can make your day joyous and help you to create the perfect celebration of your love.

Design your own rings

One of the things that will stay with you for long after your wedding day is the rings. Whether it be your engagement rings or the wedding rings themselves - these items will become the most important symbolic jewels you own and as such it is important to make them perfectly suit you. So, why not design your own ring at Allurez.com or with a local jeweler? Designing your own rings will not only give you the freedom of colour or material -but it will ensure you get to choose the shape and clarity that you want the most. You’ll be wearing your ring every day for the rest of your life, so why not ensure that you love it? The surprise of an engagement ring or wedding rings can be nice but choosing your own is special and brings something else to your day.

Choose a meaningful destination

The destination of your wedding is easily one of the most stressful decisions you will have to make. Before you get married, you and your partner will have likely had many adventures together, and sometimes these adventures will be an important part of your relationship. When considering where to hold your wedding, think for a moment if there are any locations that mean a lot to you as a couple and consider holding it there. It could be a park, a beach, or a church. Finding a location that means something to your relationship is a special thing and it will bring with it even more sentimentality on the day of your nuptials.

Don’t fret about budget

It is so important when you plan to get married that you don’t feel you have to spend your life savings for the perfect day. Many couples do indeed spend a lot on their wedding day to make it grand and luxurious, but many people equally hold a more quiet and cosy affair with only their nearest and dearest in attendance. Budget is of course a huge factor in the planning of your wedding, but if you don’t have a huge budget to spend you shouldn’t feel guilty or bad about it. Plan a day that works for you where you are able to celebrate your union, and this is the most important thing of all.

Choose a winning color scheme

Color is a huge part of planning your wedding because the colors you choose will be used for decorations, flowers, bridesmaid dresses, and more. Ensure that when choosing a color scheme for your wedding that you choose colors you like, and ones that work well together aesthetically. Aesthetics are a big part of creating the perfect wedding day and this is why looking at inspiration on Pinterest is a great way to choose a color palette that is perfect for you. Remember that you will need to choose 3-4 colors that will work seamlessly together in bouquets or table displays so you might want to look at color schemes or use a color palette generator to get ideas. Before you finalize your decision on color, make sure that you look for dresses in your chosen color to ensure that you have plenty of choices when you do go shopping.

Find a cake you love

The traditional flavor of wedding cake is a fruit cake, but most people don’t like fruit cake very much and the last thing you want is to pay for a cake no one will eat! When choosing your wedding cake, you can attend tastings to find the ideal flavor for you and your partner and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how many choices you have!

Invite those you love

The most important thing about planning the perfect day for your nuptials is to invite those who mean the most to you. This means inviting your closest family and friends to the ceremony and the reception, and then allowing some other friends to come to your evening do. Don’t feel pressured to invite over 100 people to your wedding because often this can be a challenge and it will cost you a lot more money to host people you barely know. Consider inviting only the people closest to you and your partner and it will not only make the day feel more cosy, but it will be a more intimate affair and one that is special to you all.

Make it personal

When planning the perfect wedding day it is a great idea to get some personal touches on show. This could include a photo of you both as kids, a slideshow of photos through your time together, or something else entirely. Bringing a few personal touches to your wedding day will make the day feel so much more special and it will feel like the world is yours and your partner’s for the day.

Take photos during the golden hour

When hiring a photographer for the day of the wedding they will likely ask you for a list of photos you want to be included in your package as well as suggesting other ones you can do on the day. One thing that is worth requesting is a few outdoor photos during the golden hour of light - which is the last hour of daylight before sunset. This light is the most magical of all and by having some photos taken during this time you will be able to create stunning images that you can treasure for the rest of your lives. Also, consider finding some poses of couples online and ask your photographer if they can recreate these for you on the day to ensure that you get the best possible photographs to commemorate your time together as a couple.

Bring disposal cameras to the reception

One great idea for you to try if you want to get those candid shots of your family and friends is to leave a disposable camera on each table at the reception. As well as the professional shots taken throughout the day, your loved ones can take photos that would otherwise not have been captured and as a result, you could end up with some truly unique memories of your day. These are great for photo albums and will be something fun for you to flick through in the weeks after your wedding once the photos are developed and you pick them up.

Stay over the night before

f you are hosting your wedding in a hotel or a home, you might be able to book rooms for the bridal and groomsmen parties on the night before your wedding day. By arriving the night before and staying there overnight, you won’t have the stress of trying to reach the venue in the morning and you can enjoy getting ready with your closest family and friends for the day ahead. This is a way to make the most of your wedding day and it will truly bring something more special to your experience on the day.

Make it a party

The most important thing to consider when planning your wedding day is that the reception should be a celebration. There is nothing better than celebrating your love with the people you love, and ensuring that there is a dance floor and plenty of booze on offer is a great way to celebrate!

Choose fun music

Music is a huge part of your wedding day and where you might have classic violin music for your walk down the aisle; when it comes to the reception you will likely want to choose fun tracks that get everyone up on their feet. A fun idea could be to create a Spotify playlist and allow members of your family and friends to add songs to this before the wedding day so that you are all left truly surprised when the music starts to play. Music will set the tone and choosing some fun tunes will make your evening party that much more fun.

When you come to plan your perfect wedding day this year or in the near future, consider using some of these ideas and tips. Your wedding day is a day you will want to remember for the rest of your life and with these steps, you can create a day to remember forever.

Coola Organic Classic Fragrance-Free Sunscreen Spray SPF 50 Review

Not Sponsored: Wearing sunscreen year-round is so important. Protect yourself you guys. Skin cancer is a deadly result from not protecting yourself. I've been lucky so far (and not much of an outdoorsy person), but I wish someone would've told me that sooner in life. Also, sunscreen is important no matter how light or dark your skin color. We often don't think about sunscreen until Spring and Summer rolls around, but need I not remind you that the sun is out 365 days a year. Ok, enough of my rant and lecture. I'm a huge fan of the brand COOLA. I just recently reviewed their Refreshing Water Mist Sunscreen and I SUPER LOVE their Sun Silk Drops (I use it everyday). You can read all my COOLA reviews here. I apply body lotion everyday and to use a sunscreen lotion as well, can be a bit much. Especially with New Orleans HEAT & HUMIDITY. Some sunscreens can be a bit heavy, whether its a cream or a spray. Well, I recently tried the travel size of Coola's Organic Classic Fragrance Free Sunscreen Spray SPF 50 (Revolve, Sephora, Macys, SpaceNK) and I am SMITTEN! This organic sunscreen is cruelty free, gluten free, vegan and reef friendly. It's also farm to face. This is SPF 50, but it also comes in a SPF 70 and Mineral Body option (you should definitely read up regarding the differences between chemical/physical and mineral sunscreens and see which is best for you). I reviewed their Mineral Body Sunscreen here. I SUPER LOVE the spray, because it is lightweight ... it protected me against the sun's rays (water resistant for 80 minutes) ... and it's fragrance free. The only negative is if you travel by plane, you'll want to bring the cream instead of this aerosol can. But for me, aerosol is the quick and easy way to go. So easy to spray on and you're protected. I love the way this applies. It sprays and distributes evenly. Now if you like scents, this is also offered in Tropical Coconut, Pina Colada and Guava Mango. The bottom line is IT WORKS! That's what matters. It also feels great on the skin. You don't feel greasy, oily or bogged down. I highly recommend it.

Sally Hansen Cuticle Rehab Review

Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. I get commission for purchases or clicks made through links in this post.

Not Sponsored: I haven't been to a manicurist in several years. One, because I've been keeping my nails super short and unpolished. Two, Covid-19 happened. LOL Well this year, I noticed that my nails were looking really dry and my cuticles were horrible. Lotion wasn't cutting it. So I came across Sally Hansen's Cuticle Rehab on ULTA's website and thought I would give it a try. You guys, this stuff is SO GOOD! It's a cuticle oil GEL that's housed in a tube. At the end of the tube is a brush applicator. You simply squeeze the tube and brush the contents on each nail. Unlike cuticle oil, this doesn't drip. The gel stays on your nail. Now you can either rub it in to each nail or just let it sit for about 5 minutes and let your nail absorb the product. It is SO NOURISHING! You will see an IMMEDIATE difference in your nails after only ONE APPLICATION. Just look at my before and after pictures below. It's like waving a magic wand over a problem and seeing an immediate difference. Try it on your toenails as well. Works great. I was really impressed with this product and have been trying it on family members. You can buy it here, but it's cheaper HERE
