Also, monitor increased pressure in your filtration system and reduced efficiency. This can damage filtration equipment and contaminate your water. Though a dirty pool is not always the result of an unclean pool filter, it can certainly be a strong indicator.

Maintaining the balanced chemistry of a swimming pool is important. Adding chlorine to a pool kills germs, keeping the water clean and pathogen-free. If a pool does not have enough chlorine, swimming conditions can become unsafe, as bacteria such as salmonella and E. coli and viruses leading to diarrhea and swimmer’s ear can spread.

To maintain a healthy pool, keep your chlorine levels between 1.0 and 3.0 parts per million (ppm). If too many organic contaminants, such as ammonia and nitrogen, have built up, you may need to shock the water. That means adding large amounts of chlorine for a short period of time to kill bacteria and organic matter.

However, too much chlorine can cause other adverse effects for swimmers, such as skin rashes, nausea, vomiting, lung irritation, and itchy eyes, nose, and throat. Pool water should be tested regularly to ensure healthy pH levels. The pH scale measures acidity and alkalinity. A safe pool should show a reading between 7.2 and 7.6. Your pool’s pH levels can be monitored using test strips found in pool testing kits.

Le Monde Gourmand: Lait De Coco La Mousse Review

I love its minimalist, svelte and chic design. What also captured my attention was its fragrance notes: Bergamot, Vanilla Praline, and Creamy Coconut. PERFECT for Spring and Summer! On Le Monde Gourmand's website it states, "Indulge your body in a little dessert" YES PLEASE! So ALL of this, made me hit the purchase button. This product is also vegan and cruelty free. 

So how did it work out for me? I dispensed a dollop into my hand. I said, Ooh La La! It's rich & creamy! I applied it to my arm and my smile turned into a frown. It wasn't moisturizing you guys. As a matter of fact, you have to apply to each section of your body: upper arm, lower arm ... upper thigh, lower thigh ... and it's still not moisturizing. Another option is to dispense MORE, but its still not moisturizing. So determined to make this work, I said I would mix it in with my everyday lotion: Aveeno or Archipelago Oat Milk Lotion. When I did that, it left a white overlay on my skin :( So don't mix it with anything. I was not a happy girl about all of this. How is the scent? It's soft. It's nice. But it's not all that. I would recommend you buy the perfume over the La Mousse. Anything liquid from this collection, over the mousse. So, I was disappointed. I don't think I'll try anything else from the Lait De Coco Collection, because I was underwhelmed. It's just ok.

The addictive substance will be a deciding factor, as will an addict’s personal history, recovery goals, and current situation. No matter the severity of an addiction, there is help. Every addict is different and it’s important to educate people on the reality of addiction.
