Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice

Thursday, October 24, 2013

So tell me! What's your poison? I mean your favorite Fall beverage :) I stopped by Starbucks to taste their popular Pumpkin Spice Latte. It was nice, but I don't get the big hoopla over it. Maybe because it's not offered year round. Have you tried one? Do you love or loathe? I prefer hot chocolate with marshmallows, a frappuccino or tea :)

I love Starbuck's frappuccinos! So addictive! I would buy the vanilla 4-pack at the grocery store and drink them like there was no tomorrow. HaHaHa I've never been hooked on anything before, but I had to stop cold-turkey from buying them. I was literally going through withdrawals. Anyway, I also bought an iced pumpkin sugar cookie, some banana nut bread, and a couple of slices of iced lemon cake. I can never walk away empty handed. They make everything so appetizing.

I made a couple of stops after Starbucks. I stopped by Home Depot. They always have the prettiest garden center this time of year (here's last year). Then I went to Michaels to pick a wreath. They also had a cool line-up of Haunted Houses (here's last year). I didn't go to Party City this year (here's last year). All this PUMPKIN-ess and I still haven't purchased a pumpkin! HaHaHa It's finally getting a little cooler. I do feel a breeze. :)

Aww that little pumpkin man made out of the flowers is too cute! You always have the best photos in your posts :)

I've never tried the pumpkin drink at Starbucks - not even sure if we would have it here, as October is spring! Not a coffee drinker, but I do love a Starbucks hot chocolate. Wish a shot of caramel if I'm spoiling myself :)

I never drink coffee but still Starbucks is really tempting me to try that Pumpkin Spice Latte ... maybe I'll just stick to a pumpkin spice muffin :)

Nice nail cheetah colour, it looks good on you. Also, I can't believe you're still wearing sandals! hehe well, the weather is being quite reasonable lately and today the sun is shining brightly, so I cannot complain!

Lovely pics! You look so pretty in your chic ensemble!!! I am not a PSL lover, either. I prefer a coffee that's pumpkin flavored, but not sweet. I'm sipping a Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Spice java right now--Yum! xo T. http://tickledpinkwoman.blogspot.com

One thing I don't get is why Starbucks hasn't landed in Italy. I still can taste my caramel frappuccino from the last time I spent a few days in England. You look delish with your Cheetaah nails :-)

Yeah, the PSL isn't my favorite either. I usually get a Mocha or a Mocha Frapp (depending on the weather) and some pumpkin bread to satisfy my pumpkin craving :)

Cappuccino or creamy hot chocolate are always my favoutites but I'm so curious about the pupmkin spiced latte that I'll just have to see if they are available over here and try one! The wreath is gorgeous - you seem to have so much more choice when it comes to decorations for Halloween than in my part of the world although this year I have noticed an improvement!

Oh Kim, I am in that bucket of hoopla! LOL

I do love me some Pumpkin Spice from Starbucks although its only offered for through the fall/winter time. I've tried others like Dunkin's but its sooo not the same. We all need a little Orange in our lives during fall so thanks for sharing this babe! Glad you were able to get through the glitchiness at the blog yesterday. Always great to have your feedback and visit hon!

Would you believe that I've never had a pumpkin spice latte, Kim? It's true - and it's nice to finally hear someone say that they don't really warrant all of the fuss people make about them :) Personally, I mainly order tea at Starbucks, but if I'm feeling indulgent, I'll go for a nice, spicy chai latte.

Cute Kim! I am one of the freaks who loves Pumpkin Spice Lattes. I think I like it because it comes out in the fall and I love fall so much. I love that wreath! My mom works at Micheal's, and she was telling me about all of the cool stuff they have!

Yeah, I don't really get the PSL craze going on this year. I mean, it's been around 10 years now...whoot whoot? Lol I love their pumpkin spice latte for sure, but I'm just confused on why it's gotten such hype this time around!

I think it's the seasonal thing that makes more people attracted to the Pumpkin Spice Latte. =) I used to love it when I went but I've become more addicted to coffee vs. the sweetness of flavored coffee so I'd rather splurge on getting good coffee nowadays. Sorry that must sound snobby! haha but I blame my co-workers. =)

So many nice treats around. Love your outfit and accessories, great how you snuck in that little OOTD. Is it pretty much mandatory to buy a pumpkin over there at Halloween, like having a Christmas tree at Christmas? We're not big on Halloween here in Australia, but I did like the Halloween movies, especially the earlier ones. Have a great Friday and weekend :D sparkle2day.com

That pumpkin cookie would be my utter weakness for sure! Starbucks... I desperately try to avoid it because they have the best drinks but I always succumb to ordering the ones with whipped cream! Then of course, I can't stop :) Easier to stay clear. So anything with cream from there is my weakness. Ha ha that's alot!
