Nature's Gate Rose Hand Cream Review

I was sent a tube of Nature's Gate Rose Hand Cream to review. I'm really impressed! The rose scent is very authentic, earthy and organic. It made me feel like I was walking in a real outdoor rose garden, with roses, thorns, leaves, a dirt path and cool breeze passing my way. HaHaHa I love how creamy the lotion is and you can feel it penetrating your skin. I have really dry hands and applied it twice. It never felt greasy, heavy or oily. The rose scent is very pleasant even after application. It's not artificial, loud, offensive, perfume-y or powdery scented (like others I've tried). Really pretty packaging and the tube easily fits in my purse and desk drawer. This hand cream is certified organic, paraben free, cruelty free and vegan. It's also free of phthalates, PEG, mineral oil, petrolatum, synthetic fragrance, animal derived ingredients and animal testing. It contains organic shea butter, soybean oil and sunflower oil. It's $6.99 and part of Nature's Gate Herbal Blend Hand Cream Collection (Rose, Cherry Blossom and Orchid). This is my first time trying Nature's Gate and (again) I'm really impressed. Because this girl has never had a green thumb, is not a big fan of florals, nor participates in outdoor anything! HaHaHa The company itself is awesome! They partner with WaterAid in which both constantly work at improving access to safe water and sanitation of the world's poorest communities. Nature's Gate products are available at health and natural food stores across the US and Canada or by visiting their website (linked above).

  18. I am not a fan of rose scent but I love the whole concept of giving back that this company has. And for that reason, I will be purchasing this hand cream. I trust your reviews, Kim and if you said the scent is not loud and overpowering then I'm fine with it.

Will check out this weekend, thanks for the great review, Kim!

  21. I like that the lotion doesn't leave your hands feeling greasy. I do wonder if I'll like the rose scent however. I like the flower but not really the scent in the form of a lotion or in soap! Weird huh?

  38. I love hearing about new brands.
I use to apply the rose hand cream made by Crabtree and Evelyn and then another by L'oCcitane.. but then I stopped. This one looks like it deserves a try.
