This is NOT a sponsored post and I have no affiliation with Tarte or Trendmood. I'm just letting you know, because Tarte has come out with some amazing products this year. I purchased some Tarte products a couple of weeks ago from Ulta (when they had their sale) and wanted to share my thoughts on each this week. One of the products I purchased was from Tarte's Double Duty Beauty Collection (only available at Ulta or Tarte) was the Tarte Double Duty Beauty Limited Edition Eye & Cheek Palette in Classic Courage. The Classic Courage palette is warm toned, but there's also the Star Power palette which is cool toned. I SUPER LOVE the Classic Courage palette! You're given five eye-shadows (3 shimmers & 2 mattes) and a blush. The shades are gorgeous. I loved their Poppy Picnic Palette (which is on sale btw) from last year, but this Classic Courage palette is much richer and has a lot more depth! Smile On is a rich shimmery chocolate brown. Rosy Outlook is a shimmery pinky-peach. Rise & Shine is a light matte beige. Lucky Penny is a shimmery copper color (why of course, right?) and Trailblazer is rich matte chocolate brown. The Courage blush, I would definitely consider it to be in the mauve family. It looks like a mix of pink, rose, mauve & brown. It's truly gorgeous and would look great on any skin tone. As you can tell I love the colors and they're really of excellent quality :) This palette fits into your entire hand. It's gold and it has a magnetic closure & working mirror. I love the positive messages on the cover of it: She dreamed, She believed & She succeeded! I think we all need to be reminded of that from time to time. I'm so smitten with this palette, I want another one! LOL It's compact enough that you can bring it anywhere. IT ALSO SMELLS LIKE CHOCOLATE! So those are my thoughts! Look for more Tarte reviews this week.
