Too Faced Cosmetics Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzer Review & Swatches

THE LAST ... Too Faced product in my makeup stash (well, that's not quite true! I have their contour palette, but I plan on doing a contour week closer to Fall...at least I'll try to contour >.<), is their Milk Chocolate Soleil Light/Medium Matte Bronzer. I had a taste of what Too Faced Bronzers could do last Fall, when I tried their 2014 Beauty Wishes and Sweet Kisses Holiday Palette. It contained their Chocolate Soleil Bronzer. It was darker than this one, but it looks lighter because the sun was shining in my face. I also tried Too Faced's 2015 Soul Mates Carrie & Big Blushing Bronzer. The Milk Chocolate Soleil is suppose to be the lightest of them all! So I was surprised to see that it packs a major bronzing punch! I literally only swiped my face, neck and chest TWICE and baby I was BRONZED (see below)! I don't buy or have many bronzers. I just thought this year I would try some. Looking at the pictures below, I think the most natural one on me was the Tarte Park Avenue Princess. If I REALLY want to look bronzed. I'll definitely put this or Benefit's Hoola on. A couple of months ago, I purchased Bobbi Brown's bronzer from her Sandy Nude Collection. Get excited, I'm doing a NUDE WEEK next week! LOL Makeup of course! So that will be one of the items. But getting back on topic, this bronzer is nice. It's more matte than Hoola. It's also more dense. So a little goes a very long way. The packaging is very Grecian and/or Roman! Like you're holding a big GOLD coin. It also has a mirror inside. It does smell CHOCOLATEY :) Has anyone tried Too Faced's Sun Bunny or Pink Leopard? Well, I think I'm more into highlighting (& if I can figure out strobing). I think it looks better on me. Are there any bronzers you LOVE? Here's the link to every bronzer I've ever reviewed.

  9. I've been so impressed by the colour payoff I get from my Too Faced bronzers! And I have to say, I find their colours better than a lot of other bronzers, too - so many have an orange hue, even if they look brown, but Too Faced has none of that.

  12. I keep waiting for you to tell me that they forgot to make a shade for me. I can see the difference. I'm going on vacation for a week, but I can't wait to see your NUDE week. Makeup, of course!!

  13. The bronzer looks beautiful on you! My skin is really light so bronze looks odd on me with my totally white arms and any other skin that shows. :-)

  14. I am surprised by how good Too Faced products are and now I'm wondering why I never try anything from them. Think it's time to change that and must pick up a couple of stuff for myself to try.

  21. This bronzer looks so nice on you Kim! I have both milk chocolate and chocolate. I like the original one for contouring, the milk is too orange on me but I might try it a over my face like you did when I self tan!
I have both sun bunny and pink leopard. I didn't cate much for either but it's been a while since I used them (I bought them before I knew how to do makeup LOL) so I should try them again. I'm excited for your contour series and for nude week LOL!

  26. I'm so glad you reviewed this! I've been wanting to try this bronzer, but I have so many bronzers that take forever to use up. Park Avenue Princess is my all time favorite bronzer, so I really appreciate the side by side comparisons.
