Harbour City Chocolate Trail 2016

Pastries for chairs. Alice in Wonderland size teapots, teacups & saucers. A stationary chocolate train & cafe that serves chocolate drinks & culinary delights. Yes, please! This is what sweet dreams are made of! Each year, I look forward to seeing (via the internet) what becomes of Harbour City's (Hong Kong) Chocolate Trail. It changes every year! Click to see Chocolate Trails for 2015 here and 2012-14 here. The event is held annually from Jan 21 - Feb 21, 2016. If you're traveling to Hong Kong or live there, this would definitely be a treat to see in person. I always find it so whimsical and fascinating! Happy Lunar New Year! Happy Chinese New Year! To all of my Asian readers and those that love Asian culture (like me). It's the Year of The Monkey! So far it's been really good. Picture credits are marked on the pictures themselves (instagram) and pictures not marked are from here and here. Have a great day!

It's amazing how they create a new set every year. The dessert & pastry seats are just too cute.
Can I have a few for my home? >.<

How cute are these two? I want a chocolate candy hat (fascinator)! >.<
Love the chocolate train and 9 3/4 platform (Harry Potter).
They also have gorgeous sculptures. Some made of chocolate (of course).

Various stores serve delicious chocolate delights!
That strawberry chocolate mousse cake looks sinfully good :D
I love the monkey cupcakes, candy and how about those chocolate waffles! >.<

  4. Hello Kim, I have been to Hong Kong two times and I love each time I visited although it has been a while. The last time was in 2009 so I bet a lot has changed. It is so pretty and scenic there. I would love to visit this place and have all of that chocolate.
Wishing you a wonderful week and have a Happy Valentine's Day!

  10. Wow, this sounds and looks amazing and I'm sure it tastes as good as it all looks, too, haha! We have something similar in NYC every year, chocolateirs craft these amazing sculptures all out of pure chocolate and they have wine that pairs perfectly with each kind. I went many yeas ago with my mom and loved it, now this post is making me want to look into going this year! Thanks so much for sharing and I hope you have the best start to your week, beauty!
