Too Faced Natural Eyes Neutral Eye Shadow Collection Review and Swatches
Wednesday, January 7, 2015
Did I forget to mention it's eye shadow palette week on A Very Sweet Blog? :) I thought I would swatch my five new palettes this week, to see how they compare and differ. Yeah, kinda like a beauty inventory. The only other eye shadow palettes I have are Urban Decay's Naked 1-3 and Bobbi Brown's Holiday 2014. I purchased Too Faced's Natural Eyes Neutral Eye Shadow Collection in December. I'm basically gravitating toward a neutral wardrobe and want to incorporate more neutral makeup into my collection. I felt this would be a good purchase. It's a nice palette. It fits in the palm of your hands. The shadows are encased in a beautiful printed, lace-trimmed magnetic hinged tin with mirror and glamour guide. There are 9 shadows, that will create a day, classic and fashion look. There's lots of versatility with this. You can easily go from soft to bold looks with this palette. If I had to think of a negative, I'm finding Too Faced's mattes (especially the lighter colors) chalky. They're not as creamy as their metallics. Other than that hiccup, it's great! This palette is sold out on Too Faced's website, but is still available at Ulta and Sephora. Don't forget to use Ebates!
