Not Sponsored: This week, I'm reviewing products I purchased from The Cottage Greenhouse. Here are my reviews on their Orange Blossom & Honey Mask and their Grapefruit & Blood Orange Lotion. Today, I will be reviewing their Cucumber & Honey and Carrot & Neroli Body Wash. Speaking of body washes! I haven't found a Spring/Summer body wash that I've absolutely loved since trying Soap & Glory's Sugar Crush in 2014. I've reviewed an endless array of body washes over the years, but nothing has this girl swinging from the chandeliers. So I've been re-purchasing Sugar Crush over and over and over. So The Cottage Greenhouse comes along with body washes! They look beautiful and I love the packaging. Both body washes are Paraben Free, Gluten Free, and Cruelty Free. Let me give you my thoughts on each.

The Cottage Greenhouse Cucumber & Honey | Rich & Repair Body Wash - Sweet
The Cottage Greenhouse states, this body wash is a sparkling tonic used to soften and soothe stress skin. The key ingredients are cucumber & honey extracts, coconut oil, cocoa butter and humectant honey. This body wash is anti-soap (not moisture stripping) and is "pro renew you" (gentle foaming + moisture replenishing). Let me share my thoughts! It smells like authentic cucumbers in a water solution. Very soft and pleasant scent. It's relaxing and leaves you feeling very tranquil. This body wash is very fluid. It pours like water (that is the only thing I didn't like). Wet your washcloth. Be ready to pour the body wash. Then add a little more water. It creates a very light lather. More than I expected, but still very light suds. It felt good to the skin. Good to the senses (scent & felt good). It's lightly moisturizing (great for Spring & Summer). It cleanses well. If you're looking for a lot of suds! This is not for you. If you need lots of moisture. This is not for you. I have super dry skin, and I found this to be very nourishing for my skin along with the lotion, that I will talk to you about tomorrow. Its refreshing! The only thing I wish, was that it was a little thicker in consistency. It literally pours like water or excuse me, like a TONIC as The Cottage Greenhouse states. I think this body wash is great for both DAY & NIGHT! Its therapeutic. Its relaxing. A SUPER CLEAN SCENT that you will enjoy!

The Cottage Greenhouse Carrot & Neroli | Rich & Repair Body Wash - Sweet
If cucumber is too tranquil for you, then you should kick it up with their Carrot & Neroli body wash. The Cottage Greenhouse describes this body wash as rejuvenating & will give your skin a nice glow. It's loaded with Beta-Carotene, Vitamins A, B, D & E. Hmmm, vitamins atop the skin. The key ingredients in this body wash is Beet Root Extract, Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter and Honey. Now my take. The scent for this body wash is an instant pick-me-up! Nothing jarring, loud or offensive but it wakes you up! A great start your day, morning body wash. I do detect both a carrot and neroli scent, but neither overpowers one another. There's an earthy tone to this body wash. I really like it. Again, it pours like water. It doesn't lather much. But there's truly enough lather to visibly see on your body. You don't have suds everywhere. It feels good to the skin. Light moisture. Pair it with a lotion. I really liked both of these body washes. The only thing that got on my nerves was how fluid they were. I had to make sure my wash cloth was wet & ready when pouring these (as to not waste any of the product). Other than that, they were great.
