Here are some ways you can have fun without leaving your living room. Get some friends together and start planning your virtual weekend.

Why not organize virtual parties with your friends and family? You could try an online quiz or games. These have been very popular recently. If you fancy yourself a bit of a sommelier, how about a virtual wine tasting? Try something different and show off your new-found knowledge.

If you’re looking to meet people for a workout or just to hang out, check out this app for virtual events. With lockdown becoming more commonplace, there are more groups online for various types of activities. Look for the latest yoga class, or online happy hour new you.

Virtual Vacations
There are plenty of online options if you want to get a taste of your dream destination, and the best thing is, they’re pretty much all free! Club Med is offering a range of activities for adults, kids, and all the family. These include recipes, training workouts, and family dance parties.

VisitFlorida has compiled a selection of virtual experiences, including trips to the beach and their freshwater springs. Get up close and personal with sea turtles and other wildlife, you can even go zip-lining! Sit back, relax, and enjoy your virtual vacay.

DiscoverPuertoRico is offering a great opportunity to escape to the Caribbean. There’s a tonne of information online about the country’s culture and history along with online salsa classes and recipes.

For that culture and history you’ll be missing out on this summer, try virtual museums. Many of the big national institutions all over the world are offering virtual tours. From the Louvre, Paris to the Guggenheim, New York, you can find something fascinating this weekend.

Virtual Festivals
An amazing community has been put together to make The Social Distancing Festival. This project has a lot of contributors from all over the world including artists, musicians, singers, and dancers. In the art section, the mission has been to pair up artists from different disciplines to create something inspiring together.

All in WA is streaming live June 10th, and will likely be available online after that. All in WA features big names including Pearl Jam, Sir-Mix-Alot, and Dave Matthews and more Seattle musicians. All proceeds will go to COVID-19 relief efforts across Washington state.

The most legendary European DJs have collaborated together as well to bring you “United We Stream” which comes directly from Berlin nightclubs. Thousands of artists have basically put together a virtual club for you so even though there isn’t much active nightlife at the moment, you’ll still be able to rave at home.
