Becca Cosmetics Endless Summer Glow Chrissy Teigen Collection Review and Swatches

Not Sponsored. As we head into Fall, I'm reviewing Summer makeup collections that will carry you into Fall. Let's continue with Becca! I loved Becca's collaboration with Chrissy Teigen last Summer on her Glow Face Palette. FYI: It's still available at Sephora & Nordstrom. So I was happy to see that they collaborated with her this Summer on another collection. It's called Endless Summer Glow! It features an Endless Bronze & Glow compact ($38 Nordstrom & ULTA). The compact is silver and inside it opens up to a beautiful sand & sunset scene. It's a bronzer, shimmering blush & highlighter. I swatched each individually for you below on my hand. All are gorgeous. The bronzer is a true brown. I placed it on my forehead, cheeks and a little on the sides of my nose. It gives you a nice kiss of sun. It's not too dark and it won't make you look muddy. Will this work for everybody? Unfortunately, I feel it won't work for darker skin tones. The bronzer looks dark in the pan, but it's much lighter when applied. The "sun" portion (blush) is a peachy-pink color. It does have a little shimmer, but as you can see it's very beautiful on the cheeks. I found it to be very uplifting & refreshing. The last portion is the highlighter. I used my finger and applied it down my nose, on my cupids bow and below my bottom lip. I used a small brush and applied it atop my blush. It's a stunning highlighter. I also show a swatch of all three swirled together on the back of my hand. When you do that, it looks like a highlighter. So for me that defeats the purpose. I love all three, but they work better when applied SEPARATELY. The challenge comes when trying to dip your brush into the palette. I wish they would've put these in a palette that kept each separate (like last years collection). That's my only gripe. Beautiful to look at. Everything works well, but challenging to apply and not mix all of the areas. In this collection, Chrissy also came out with three (3) Glow Glosses ($22). I am IN LOVE with these, you guys! First, the packaging is so cute. They look like little test tubes (the science background in me). The only negative is you can't stand them up :( but that's ok. You can't stand them up on the cap either, because there's a round indentation there as well. BUT!!! The colors are GORGOIS! Beach Bum is a Warm Sandy Peach. A peachy brown in my estimation. Malibu Soleil is a Mauvy Rose. And Beach Nectar is described as a Neutral Berry infused with a hint of light catching pearl. It has a beautiful shimmer to it. I LOVE ALL THREE! The doe applicator is slightly longer and angled more than your regular lip gloss applicators. It really applies this lip gloss well. This gloss really adheres to the lips and covers so well. I take good care of my lips, but the formula for this lip gloss really covers fine lines and makes lips look flawless. Whatever this formula is, it is definitely a WINNER. Lips look so polished with this lip gloss. There's barely any stick. Just the right amount of shine & gloss. They also have a chocolate minty girl scout thin mint cookie vibe scent. I love this collection! Hope this review helps. You can read my other Becca makeup reviews here.
