Lancome Tonique Douceur Facial Toner Review

Disclosure: I was sent Lancome's 2023 Advent Calendar for review in October. There were some products in the calendar, that I've never tried. I've been reviewing these products since October. All opinions in this blog post are 100% my own and honest. This post contains affiliate links. I get commission for purchases made through the links in this post.

PR Sample: Lacome's 2023 Advent Calendar included several toners. One was Lancome's Tonique Douceur Facial Toner (Harrods, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Selfridges). This toner is for refining and refreshing. Lancome also goes on to say, "Soothing and cooling, this alcohol-free, pH balanced freshener gently tones and refines skin without drying or depleting natural oils. Formulated with skin-softening distilled flower-water, this ultra-refreshing formula gives skin a cool, hydrated feeling. Leaves skin perfectly clean, soft and supple. Skin feels smooth, completely comfortable and refreshed." After using this toner for a couple of weeks, I agree with their assessment. I splashed it on my face and my skin felt refreshed. If you're looking for anything more than that, you will be left disappointed. Because that is about all it does. For me, I have dry skin. So I am looking for added moisture. I'm also older, so I'm looking for plumping. So this is nice (it works great), but not enough for me. I see this toner as great for younger skin. For normal and oily skin types. So it depends on what you need. It's a basic toner. I prefer Fresh Beauty's Kombucha Antioxidant Facial Treatment Essence (Harrods, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Sephora) for my needs.
