Make sure to drink plenty of water  

To keep your skin radiant and glowing you need to make sure you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. You need to be drinking water morning and night and it should be at least eight glasses of water a day. If you struggle to get enough glasses of water drank in a day then try having a big bottle of water near by all day so you can have easy access to water where ever you are. Sometimes water can be boring so adding in some natural flavors can really help to boost the drinking of water so it is not boring, things like mint, cucumber and citrus are great strong flavors for water.

Make sure to protect your skin in the sun

Using sun screen is very important when it comes to protecting skin, any sort of UV exposure can damage, dry out skin and increase wrinkles. There is a common misconception that sunscreen is only needed if you in the sun for prolonged periods but you should try and apply sunscreen whenever you are out really, as even on a cloudy day UV rays are making there way through so even if you are using a low SPF that will help you.

Seek outside help

Sometimes making changes to your lifestyle can not be enough so seeking some professional help can be great for you. Places like a medical spa can be a great place to go and get treatments and help for any skin issues you may have, it can help with anti ageing and there are plenty of treatments to help you out. You can also see a dermatologist who is a skin specialist they can help by looking at the state of your skin and giving recommendations as well as some creams to help should you need them, whether its for dry skin or acne.
