Sugarbear Sleep Vitamins Review

Not Sponsored: So one of my goals this year is to test products that promote calm, relaxation, sleep and tranquility. I'm finding out there are A LOT of products just for that (so there must be a need ... HAHAHA) and many are really good. I really wasn't going to get into sleep pills and such, because a long time ago I tried a sleep-aid (in the form of a pill) and I couldn't function the next day! LOL But when I saw these Sugarbear Sleep Vitamins and read the wonderful reviews I thought I would give them a try. On ULTA's website, they have a 10ct trial size and the 60ct regular size. I went with the trial size to see if I would like them or not. Let me give you some background information. They contain: Melatonin - Natural hormone that tells your body when it is time to go to sleep that regulates your sleep cycle. Magnesium - Aids in the body's production of melatonin and has a natural relaxing effect on the body. Theanine (L-Theanine) - Commonly found in tea, helps support a calm and relaxed mood. Vitamin B6 - Helps the body regulate amino acid tryptophan levels which in turn helps the body produce melatonin. Enhances natural melatonin production. SugarBear Sleep Vitamins are vegan, soy-free, gluten-free, cruelty-free sleep-enhancing* gummy vitamins. These tasted really good. They had a fruity taste and are easily digestible. They suggest that you take TWO 30 minutes before wanting to go to sleep. I took one the first time (just to be on the safe side) and it made me feel relaxed but not sleepy. So the next night I took TWO (as recommended)! That's when I felt sleepy, within that 30 minute time frame. I slept sound and felt rested when I woke up. I didn't experience any adverse reactions. I just had a good night's sleep! So I highly recommend these. Get the trial size and see how you like them, before committing to the larger bottle :) I'm glad these worked out, because I didn't have much luck with the hair vitamins.
