The Body Shop | Shea Shampoo & Conditioner Review

Not Sponsored: I have dry skin. Not only do I have dry skin, but I also have dry hair. For the most part, these two issues go hand-in-hand. So I'm always looking for hair products, that will moisturize my hair. I would love to use Philip B White Truffle Shampoo and Conditioner everyday (I've tried it and it is absolutely MARVELOUS DAHLING), but the price would put a serious dent in my budget. I have been using The Body Shop's Banana Shampoo & Conditioner for about four years. Not only does it have a great tropical banana scent, but I found the shampoo and conditioner to be exactly what I need ... moisturizing. I was getting ready to order some more, when I noticed that The Body Shop offers a Shea Shampoo and Conditioner for dry to very dry hair (intense repair). I said, Wow! Even more moisturizing than the banana products!?! I ordered it and I'm in love! If you have serious dry hair, this shampoo and conditioner combo will make your hair super soft, manageable and moisturized. I experienced a difference just using it one time. It doesn't have a heavy feeling. The product seems to deeply penetrate the hair. The moisture doesn't leave after rinsing it out (it remains). Your hair will feel soft to the touch. It's a real miracle worker. Plus it is vegan. If I had to think of a negative, it would be the musk scent. But even that is minor and dissipates upon rinsing. Give the Banana and Shea formulas a try. If you need intense therapy, go with the Shea formula. It's really helping my hair. Just wanted to share.
