That brings me, to talk about GNC's Ultra NourishHair Dietary Supplement. I used this product for years, PRIOR to my hair catastrophe and had some wonderful results. It comes in formulas for both men and women (click link above). It supports strong and healthy hair, contains no artificial flavors or preservatives and has 1200 mcg of biotin. You only take 2 caplets a day. They are much easier to swallow than the Nutrafol. You can compare and contrast the labels of this hair supplement with the labels to the brands I mentioned above. Many have the same ingredients, biotin, vitamins A, C, E, Zinc etc. Also, the amount is different in each and every one of them. This supplement, contains extra things on their ingredient list, that really made a difference.
Let me share my experience. Although my hair was healthy while I was taking this supplement, I experienced a lot of really good things. That is why I'm going to revert back to taking this. I had hair growth! My hair was constantly growing while taking this supplement. My hair felt soft, while taking this supplement. My hair was strong, while taking this supplement. I had great results with this and Neocell's Biotin Bursts (which I'm also going to go back to using). The price for this dietary supplement is amazing and a fraction of the cost of the Nutrafol. I highly recommend it. Before investing in something more expensive, give these a try and see if they work for you. I hope this review helps.
Ooooo....thanks for this, Kim! I found that over the years, my hair definitely does not grow as fast as before, and because I bleach it, it's totally unhealthy. I really need something like this!
